How is my recurring rate determined?

Your recurring rate is set after your initial Signature Reset. This allows us to understand your home, timing, and priorities — ensuring your ongoing rate is accurate, consistent, and tailored to your space.

Do you use natural products?

Natural product options are available upon request. We use safe, effective products by default, but if you prefer fully natural solutions, simply let us know ahead of time and we’ll tailor your service accordingly.

What if I need to reschedule?

We understand schedules change. We simply ask for advance notice when possible.

Do I need to be home?

Not at all. Most of our clients are not home during service. We offer secure, simple entry options to make the entire process seamless.
